(Fort Wayne, IN) Pyromation has added a dedicated Customer Service group to its service-oriented sales staff. The three full-time employees work closely with the internal salesmen to provide Pyromation customers with prompt assistance and support. Specifically, they will help customers with product part numbers, standard catalog pricing, order status, delivery info, expediting orders and various other needs.
The addition of the Customer Service group will also allow Pyromation's technical sales staff to focus on helping customers with technical support, application assistance and custom-designed temperature sensor product development.
The development of the Customer Service group is another example of Pyromation's response to customer needs in the multiple industries the company serves.
